Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
Used across my whole organization. It addresses the main problem of automating a lot of tasks. The automation is so slick and makes life so much easier at my company. Not only do I use it for email automation - but also for a lot of tasks such as client experience, prospecting, and sales.
My favorite bit is how easy the automation is to set up - they are a simple drag and drop builder. This is by far the best automation builder there is on the market ahead of Hubspot, Mailchimp, and all the rest. The price is incredibly based on the features you get for the price.

- Automations
- Forms
- Tagging for segmentation
- Site tracking setup is a bit tricky without a tech background. My clients find it tricky to use.
- Paying for the number of contacts you use is pretty annoying
- When a contact unsubscribes they are still counted as contacts, therefore, increasing your bill - this is annoying
- ROI
- Task management
- Time saving (automations)
- Client customer experience
Automations are better with ActiveCampaign. You get more features for the price as well as much easier to use and has better deliverability reports as well better sender reputation which is very important especially today where loads of emails get sent to spam. Also, the UI is really slick and makes it so much easier to navigate
