Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to automatically interact with our customers at just the right moment in a way that feels personal. For example, when a customer views our pricing page and does not buy, I can automatically reach out to them with relevant information 30 minutes later and have all replies land in my personal inbox.

Slack, Front, Stripe
The automation builder is fantastic. We integrate with our Segment event flow and non-technical users can easily create & trigger complex automation when any Segment event occurs on our site. This automation includes powerful integrations with Stripe, Slack, Zapier (so basically everything), and a ton of other native integrations as well.

If you don't need any automation and just intend to manually send mass emails, it is possible this solution is too feature-rich for you, and a simpler platform might work just as well.
