Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Active Campaign is used across our whole organization. We use it for a CRM as well as general email communication. We have multiple companies within our organization that utilize the same platform as there is much crossover. This gave us one central place to house emails, multiple customer lists & the ability to automate a majority of our processes.

Night and day. So much more functionality for what we need in our company. We needed more than just email generation but a CRM to work across all departments within our organization with the ability for crossover but also individualizations.

Very appropriate if you need to automate systems and processes. The automation ability is very detailed and self-explanatory. I am also a small business owner and found that it wasn’t super helpful for me when I didn’t have a largely active email list. But in our main organization with 4,000+ contacts the management and straight forward platform helps us keep everyone and everything straight to best serve our customers.
