Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign throughout the whole organization for contact management, newsletters, deals, and will soon be using it for landing pages.

  • Task follow-up
  • Campaign tracking - when emails are opened/read
  • Updating client on new features and how to use them
  • There is very little contact with [ActiveCampaign] once we are trained
  • Would like to be able to segment by custom fields
  • Would be great to have an integrated webinar system
  • Helped us to keep track of deals, tasks and close more business
Much easier to get up and running, set up campaigns, and track deals. We selected ActiveCampaign because it had these features, it was reasonably priced, and we thought it had the potential to become even better. We also liked the fact that all members of our team could use it.

Good system for tracking customer open rates and when individual emails have been opened, task management, and tracking deals. It's relatively easy to start- especially compared with some of the competitors (especially Click Funnels).
