Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We’ve had great success in using ActiveCampaign for our onboarding process! It’s a great way to automate our new dancers and families into our studio. Love the ability to use different methods of communication as well.
Pros
- Different methods of communicating with customers
- Easy flow automations
- Like the CRM features
Cons
- Little more help on setting up automations
- Different price structure for texting options
- Making adding a canva flyer easier for automation templates
- We get positive google reviews on our communication abilities even though 80% is all automated through ActiveCampaign
- We went from having lots of emails and questions from new parents to almost 0 emails in our inbox asking to explain things
- Cut down on my admins hours since most of the questions are already answered
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
I looked into Keap but didn’t use [it] due to their pricing being too high for me. Not sure the exact similarities/differences between ActiveCampaign and Keap but ActiveCampaign seemed to encompass most of my needs. The other product we have used but just discontinued is Leadpages. I really liked their ease of setup but was then able to build a landing page on my website so we no longer had the need for it.
