Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

The way I use Active Campaign evolves because their tireless efforts to add services to improve small businesses like mine are evident and appreciated. They regularly update, tweak and give new tools with incredible customer support to create specific automation, campaigners that align with my business' goal(s), which are to reach new customers, collect vital data and give me invaluable insights to help me grow and scale my business.

  • Customer Data analysis
  • Automations
  • Mobile functionality. I hardly use the mobile version as the format on my iPhone makes it almost impossible to use.
  • I have difficulty in sharing my newsletters as a separate link and I'm stumped about how I can populate my email templates elsewhere (my Google Drive).
  • API connections to other companies are limited. I cannot integrate 2 of my existing software company's ( I know there's Zapier, but that's another expense)
  • Without it my business will be failing for sure
  • Nothing negative, just the complexity of the platform has allowed myself the progression I might have had if I were better at the backend design/marketing side of things - Down to me
  • The support I've received has increased my knowledge of this platform which has allowed me to create automation and retain, attain new clients.
  • This platform is a wonderful CRM that gives confidence for my online business

Active Campaign's customer support is amazing. Without them, I would have left the platform because of overwhelming.
I have certain frustrations in some areas of Active Campaign, but I know this is down to me and my ability to use the software. I know I can ask for help in any area and support will always have the answers I need and this is where the cross-over of best suited/less appropriate overlaps in my specific scenario descriptions.
