Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use Active Campaign to sign up people for various lists associated with my offline networking activities. I'm the only person, and I chose Active Campaign because I needed an automated system to send success stories every month and have it integrated with my CRM. I have used other providers, but I really like the interface and price point of Active Campaign

- Reports seem to be a little confusing to me
- I unsubscribed someone from a list but they still received an email from the automation. That seemed odd to me
- I only send success stories primarily so it's not really a direct ROI. It's more about being top of mind. I don't use the email list to sell directly.
ActiveCampaign has a better pricing model, the automations are easier, and the email templates are easier to create as well.
