Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We introduced ActiveCampaign to help an external marketing partner last year. Our goal was we were building a better onboarding automation for new subscribers than we used before. We would have liked to segment our new subscribers based on several aspects. Then we send automated emails based on different tags.

Alternatives Considered

Mailchimp

ActiveCampaign has better automation's opportunities. We use both software, but later we would like to use only AcitveCampaign. Now we send regular emails by Mailchimp, and we build email automation by ActiveCampaign.
