Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is my autoresponder of choice. I use it to email my list on an almost daily basis. The emails provide valuable information, insights, challenges, and sometimes product offers.
ActiveCampaign provides me with tailored time delivery, ease of use, and customization. There's also the opportunity to spend a half-hour or so periodically with one of their experts who will help me to solve problems and make better decisions.
To me, one of the most amazing things is the foresight that they had to have in order to develop an autoresponder that can do some much, especially at such an affordable price.

- Great customer service
- Robust platform
- Personal help
- 24/7 live chat would be nice
- Link to site map, so that all the pages can be seen easily
- Links to videos on how to do things such as review open rates, even on messages that weren't tagged in the past
- Enabled me to easily communicate with customers and prospects
- Enabled me to offer products to customers and prospects
- Enabled me to set up live calls with those on my list
I used AWeber for awhile. I made the switch from them because I was paying for a lot of capability that I didn't need.
Constant Contact missed delivery dates, so I dropped them, and Mailite had a lot of restrictions that I didn't know about until I bumped against them. For instance, you could have only 100 steps in any sequence before you had to start another one, but there was no way to tell where you were in the sequence. You'd only find out when you couldn't add another email.
