Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign for email automation when managing leads and new clients. It has been imperative to my customer service and my minimal work hours. It’s amazing that I can tag new users, and they receive emails in a specific order and [are] attuned to where they are at in their specific journey. I can see how engaged users are and therefore what kind of clients they are going to be. It’s absolutely worth the price!

The custom automation is practically invaluable. It means my clients receive an email newsletter that is tuned to where they are at in their journey. They also receive an email to schedule their appointments and that automation saves back and forth emails and a lot of wasted time. There are also prompts to review [...] which could be better.
