We use ActiveCampaign to capture leads and automate sales campaigns on our webpage, as well as in our clients'.

Pros and Cons

Automations are particularly simple to develop and pretty flexible
Many integrations with other tools
Several recipes to inspire on

Forms are not easy to customize, there is a lot room for improvement here
Design features for emails could be sometimes limited
Navigation to get KPIs from emails campaigns could be a bit frustrating, it should be simpler

Mailchimp

I selected ActiveCampaign because it made my life pretty easy in terms of automations and list management.

I believe the best platform for automations. It's easy to use, you have many tools and features. You can do almost everything you have in mind. I think it's less appropriate for landing page design, I would think of many other platforms before Active Campaign, both in quality, functionality, and especially in price.
