Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I've been using ActiveCampaign for years for both my own businesses and for my clients. It really gives an amazing all-around solution not only for contact management but for automation and funneling leads to the right places based on behaviors.
  • Builds complex funnels to optimise leads
  • Demonstrates functional landing pages to get our products out there
  • Provides detailed contact management and list segmentation
  • Landing pages - the visual look of these could be improved
  • Forms - again, the look and feel could be brought up to date
  • Automation flow - something more left to right, drag and drop would be more up to date
  • Allowed me to build automated funnels to save time
  • Segmented my contacts so that I know who is where in my pipeline
  • Built some amazing lead gen forms to grow my audience
ActiveCampaign is a great option for the middle range company - it has TONS of functionality, akin to your Infusionsofts, but at a more affordable price range.
I selected Active Campaign as I use Kajabi, Thrivecart, and EverWebinar, and AC integrates really nicely with all of these.

When I am building Evergreen webinar funnels, I only recommend ActiveCampaign to my clients. Works beautifully with Kajabi for products and sales and again with EverWebinar for the evergreen webinar.
It does however lack the functionality I would expect using custom fields - this could be improved.
