Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My business uses ActiveCampaign to communicate with our customers. We run launch email funnels and send email promotions and updates to our customer list. I love that ActiveCampaign has many integrations with other software applications like Kajabi, etc. That was and continues to be a major selling point for our company.

ActiveCampaign is great for businesses who send marketing emails and need to be able to segment their list as well as integrate with other marketing software tools. It would probably be less appropriate for a company that is strictly sending customer newsletters that are very basic/wouldn’t require tagging, segmentation, integration, etc.
