Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I use ActiveCampaign as my CRM and my email automation solution. It is used across my entire company, although my company is a small company of only one--ME! I was looking for a solution that would help me track my multitude of various clients while simultaneously allow for automation and email management. After looking at HubSpot and having used MailChimp previously, I found ActiveCampaign to be a solid solution for this purpose. It allows me to track my sales funnel, send out regular emails, and serve as a CRM with automation that reminds me.

Honestly, I liked HubSpot better. I found the user design to be fancier than ActiveCampaign. The easy deciding factor, though, was that automation was not included at the same price point. Instant dealbreaker! It made it easy to go with ActiveCampaign. I'm glad I did. I appreciate ActiveCampaign so much.
