I am using ActiveCampaign to handle my email marketing for marketing and customer service purposes. It helps me give clear communications to my existing clients. It helps me to nurture potential clients. The automation feature saves me lots of time in organising and managing my contacts which is super handy.

Small businesses and solopreneurs would benefit from the easy-to-use and straightforward solution that ActiveCampaign offers. The automation features are plenty for most small to medium-sized businesses as other automation platforms can be way too huge with excess features. It is very affordable as well when compared to other solutions.
