Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I've used ActiveCampaign for years to run the email marketing for my law firm. ActiveCampaign helps capture leads off of my website, sign them up for an email sequence, and keep in touch with them over the years as I offer new services and need to give updates to my current and potential clients.

  • Marketing automation
  • Creation and sending of email newsletter campaigns
  • Automatic list pruning and engagement tracking (the way it's done is a bit clunky)
  • More integration with third party services
  • It has streamlined my client pre-intake process, removing a lot of manual work and headach
  • It has allowed me to keep in touch with existing clients, bringing them back for more work
I prefer the additional functionality that ActiveCampaign has over Mailchimp, and have had a much better experience overall.

ActiveCampaign has allowed me much more flexibility in creating a curated potential client automated sequence, with lots of helpful tags which work together to track the client experience from website visitor to current client. I can easily create a new campaign or email to send to different segments, which is helpful when I'm targeting everyone versus just current or potential clients.
