Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
ActivTrak is being used in our entire organization. It allows managers to monitor departments throughout the work day if working from home or in the office.
- Show live activities
- Collects data by department on a weekly basis or individual basis
- Allows us to collect time used for specific tasks
- Provides information about whether work computer are used for non-work activities during the work day
- Allow for groups to be deleted and recreated--I was told this could not be done
- I'd like to be able to export to Excel to track the amount of time spent on accounts
- It's hard to keep up with the coding of categories (productive and unproductive)
- We are working on tracking time by account--if we can get that to work that will be very beneficial
- Definitely deters improper use of Internet during work hours
- Helps to discuss honestly how productive an individual is
It has helped to confirm start times and end times each day for all employees. The total productive time for each staff member at the end of the day is very helpful. It deters individuals from spending unapproved time on the Internet and inappropriate use of the Internet. It helps a manager monitor the accounts that are being worked on and the amount of time the accounts cost to service.
