Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We have a remote team of over 150 employees. We use ActivTrak as a coaching tool to aid in performance management and monitor productivity. We use "active status" and screenshots most often to identify any areas of concern. This product allows us to gain visibility of our team across the country.
Pros
- Screenshots
- Productivity/Active Status
- Cross-Team Comparisons
Cons
- When we first signed up with the product, there were different colors to indicate productive vs inactive vs unproductive (or uncategorized) time. The colors were more clear.
- Productivity has increased
- We were able to identify training needs
- We can tell how employees are using their time
- screenshots help us take a deep-dive into daily activities
- comparing active time of the entire team at once is helpful for a quick check-in
- I like the date filtering.
We can tell when employees are not active or not using their time wisely. We have been able to hold coaching conversations with team members to investigate inactive time and how they might be able to boost their productivity.
We have a remote workforce, and ActivTrak has helped us identify imbalances in workloads across our teams. If some team members are more productive than others, we coach up the slower team members to produce better results so that our top employees are at a lower risk for burnout.
