ActivTrak gives updated information of the amount of time each employee is working, this gives management a lead to decipher on how to better structure the employees' day

Our employees on ActivTrak seem to have a balance during their work weeks, i.e not seeing too much of a burnout risk naturally so there was no need for management to get involved with our employees' balance once we gain data insights. However, it has certainly increased employee satisfaction as this software allows our employees to work from home 2 days per week.

It helps us more with who is or is not performing at an expected level.

As far as I am aware, data are stored in the cloud, and I can access it anytime.

We do not have the package that gives us the metrics on burnout risk, etc. We have been able to use the analytics to decide who can handle accounts that might require more time spent on them.

It has helped us identify burnout risk thru production decrease or job searching during work hours. It has helped us see which team memebers needed less work and which team members needed more work. It is extremely helpful with remote workers to make sure they are using their time efficiently.

We have been able to review and compare user activities while remote versus being in the office and make determinations on how effective our remote work policy is working.

We have used ActivTrak to monitor overall employee productivity, including if employees are attempting to work outside of business hours. This has enabled us to combat burnout risk and see areas where employees may need additional training or guidance in one area or another. Being able to see all of this data on an easy to read platform has been a game changer for us and has allowed us to put more trust in our remote team.

It has given us hard data, actual facts that we were able to use to work on a plan of action to retain employees and have them maximize their time in the office every day.

So far it's just supported the company decided to go virtual since we've found either no change or actually better productivity since going remote.

The strong comparison tools and upfront analysis make workloads and activity between users in a team much more transparent and easier to identify on a dynamic basis, rather than when making the change is typically too late.

The data is objective. Without data proof, it's hard to persuade users.

We plan to involve our leadership more interactively with the tool. At that point, managers will also have more to discuss with their employees.

ActivTrak has helped us figure out what support staff was consistently busy and which ones were not. Then we made adjustments accordingly.

Right now, managers only look at their team productivity or individual productivity if they think there is an issue.

It clearly shows me which teams are averaging lower than optimally performing teams and get me clear visibility to focus on those teams first. Moreover, within the team, I get immediate access to their individual work track and start working with the lowest tracking individuals first. After clarification of data errors/workflow tools process etc, feedback is given to the individual, and almost immediate improvement is seen.

I think ActivTrak allows people within the organization who may have been nervous about hybrid or remote work to see that remote work can be productive and if it's not, how to address it appropriately.

Data shows if an employee is being overutilized or working excessive hours. The nice thing is that you can see what times people are working. Is it within a normal working day or are employees working through lunch and dinner and overworking.
