Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are in wholesale distribution and we use it to manage our entire business for 6 locations across the USA. We have successfully navigated the pandemic and supply chain issues leveraging Acumatica and sound business processes. At this time are currently preparing for an upgrade to 2022 r2 for a successful launch on 1/1/2023.

Well suited for distribution from our perspective and well supported by third-party resellers versus company reps. We find our third-party partner to be a huge asset to our purchase and our ongoing efforts for improvement. We like the licensing model and hope that we can continue to grow with Acumatica for years to come.

Using Acumatica

We have users of all levels and it works well for any user, the user interface is very easy to get used to and the screen feedback and delivery is very well done. We have many users using this product all day every day and all levels have become very accustomed to its ease of use.
