Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I support other users. Create Gi's and reports, etc. We switched to Acumatica to gain more flexibility and customization that we did not have with our previous system. We use Acumatica for our distribution and light manufacturing processes as well as our financial processes.
- It allows the users to get the data they are looking for on their own instead of waiting for the IT department to gather it for them.
- The GI's needed to be more powerful in what they can do.
- The report designer needs to be easier to use.
- We are able to handle IT requests quicker which helps everyone be more productive

Faster access to data and the implementation of cases has increased customer service and tech support.
We use it for sales and distribution of precision tools for jewelers and wood working and well as industrial laser engravers. Acumatica has helped bring all aspects of our business together.
We used Infor A plus it was not as customizable as Acumatica.
