Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica as our main ERP for our Finance department. Acumatica helps achieve day-to-day financial business operations, month and year end close, and manage grants and projects.
- AP/AR/GL activities
- Month and Year GL close
- Flexible in dealing with integration and API with other systems
- Simplifying creating reports through Report Designer and ARM reports
- Simplifying customization
- Simplifying user access security
- Increased the company functionality on one side of a business
- Created challenges when adding a customized module that is not exactly compatible with core Acumatica
- Needs more customizations to meet the company's need

We feel Acumatica is not paying attention to the Non-For-Profit industry. We are struggling using Acumatica to manage sponsors funding. Currently, the customizations that were made by the developer and VAR are not working properly. Very limited sources.
