Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I manage the technical help within my company for our finance department. This includes creating new dashboards, report templates and troubleshooting (before sending harder issues to our Acumatica business partner)

Yes, ACH payments are much easier now.
We use it mostly as a general ledger, but have used it for expense reports and ACH payments with an interface from our claims and policy system.
Dynamics was a local application requiring maintenence updates and on site resources. We have enjoyed the move to a cloud base system.
