Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We just started the implementation process. We are hoping to use it in all parts of our business from marketing to sales to production and accounting. Our issue currently is each section of our company uses different system for data entry and tracking. So having things all in one space that everyone can see will be a huge improvement for data analytics and smooth out our operations

- The look is very intimidating having all data separated (leads, customers, etc) as we are trained and using I am sure that will get easier but we are used to a more intuitive flow

Knowing where the data shows pipeline clogs helps us address those and smooth the flow of the customer experience
