Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are using Acumatica for our ERP & hub to also use construction industry specific softwares. By combining our core uses into one system we are hoping to provide a seamless customer experience and increase our employees efficiency and creativity.

Pros

  • Implementation with our VAR has been surprisingly simple
  • API links to other software
  • Communication from Acumatica to it customers is outstanding

Cons

  • Increased ability to customize front end CRM calendar
  • Kitting items & part numbers for distribution
  • So far the use of API'S to link to other platforms will be most beneficial
