Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for CRM, Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, and Accounting.

Pros

  • GL accounting
  • Robust and customizable
  • Inventory management

Cons

  • User interface can be cumbersome.
  • Unforgiving in terms of correcting bad data that has made its way down the line.
  • Basic autocomplete features are somewhat garbage for a cloud platform.
  • Unknown. Still implementing.
7-12 months
We will be able to allow customers real time inventory insights, etc. This will be valuable in our terminal operations.
I feel a bit like Acumatica is overscaled for our operations. I am unclear from our partner's perspective how we can eliminate or hide unneeded features.
