My organization utilizes Acumatica for Distribution/E-Commerce order fulfillment.
I use Acumatica to create reports and pull BI data into dashboards. Using Acumatica's generic inquiries and report designer allows me to provide colleagues with data on any sort of metric that they may need.

Acumatica's CRM has vastly improved our ability to serve our customers. Since the CRM is baked into Acumatica, it makes it far more convenient to help customers out.
Being in the tobacco industry, we have to file excise taxes in each state. With Acumatica's generic inquiries, I have been able to create preformatted "reports" that I can export to automatically calculate the amount of taxes owed based on invoiced amounts.
