7-12 months
While it took more time than expected to get our language rolling, our efficiencies are starting to be realized. As labour is one of our highest expense when staff organically leave, we are no longer needing to replace these people based on our improving processes. We still have a ways to go but we are down the path of the process improvements we were aiming for.
