Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica allows us to manage our business with flexible, easy to implement SAAS options, allowing us to stay up to date with the latest technology to keep our business running efficiently and with information always just a few clicks away.

  • Badly need ability to merge duplicate customers
  • Faster performance
  • Able to process more orders with less staff
  • Flexible access with mobile for sales

The customer portal has been well received by our customers, but administration of it needs improvement. It's difficult to customize it for a more personal experience for our customers.
Although not specifically aimed at agriculture, we have been able to customize screens and reports to suit our industry and enable us to process orders efficiently and quickly.
They were unable to provide a cost-effective SAAS option, and there was very little advancement of the software functionality over many years of use.
