Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica or Accounting and operations. This includes operational activities that help track our home care services across a client base of 10K with more than 15K front-line caregivers. We utilize the project series and field service series to track these efforts.
Pros
- Flexible architecture allowing us to adapt the solution for our needs.
- General inquiries and dashboards are powerful and easy to configure.
- We love the way everything is exposed as an API as we have a lot of needs for custom integrations.
Cons
- We have seen previews of the new UI, but the current one has been a bit antiquated.
- We would love to see more depth in the work flow capabilities.
- We would like to see more depth in the integration with Exchange Online.
- Being available to all of our employees sets Acumatica apart from other products we had considered. We are all in on the platform.
- We are new to the platform, so haven't yet realized the ROI we anticipate.
4-6 months
It hasn't yet, but we fully anticipate it will once fully deployed and in full use across the organization. The ability to have real-time analytics and quick access to data, including project profitability will yield opportunities to earn more margin without reducing the level of service that we provide to our clients.
We use the project accounting capabilities to track the budgets that our clients receive for receiving services that allow them to stay in their homes where otherwise they would need to move to a congregate care setting. We also utilize the field service capabilities for our staff that go out to our clients' homes to manage and monitor the home care services that they receive.
