Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Acumatica was our replacement for a legacy ERP system. The product addressed various inefficiencies in the old system, including lack of customization and integration abilities.

We can more easily see substitute products and cross-sells.
The laptops we stock include BOM and kit products, and the Acumatica inventory structure helps us to maintain those better.
Acumatica better matched our current system and met our existing ERP demands.

Acumatica has been an easy transition for our AP and AR teams. The documents and our process coming from our old system were very similar. Acumatica inventory has a very details structure of item classes, sales categories, and attributes. It was a challenge to translate our legacy data to his structure, and when we did, we found that while attributes and sales categories for items were both helpful and informative, they were not available on many of the screens and we needed to customize.
