We are able to get information to our customers better and faster. Users across the company are able to share data and tell customers the needed information without having to pass the customer around. The information is at their fingertips. This is huge for our customer base because we are able to service our customers.
We use our system in terms of manufacturing products, but also checking the quality and following the life cycle of orders. We are able to share the information with our customers at a speed we were not able to in the past. Our Salesforce is able to track their orders and see their own progress in real time. Acumatica was able to meet the needs we didn't think we'd ever be able to meet.
