I am the customer sales manager, so we also use CRM at Acumatica POS. We have solved most of our business problems other than kit communication and tracking for EDI.

  • Global Search functionality.
  • Auto search on screens, don’t search until I search.
  • User experiences.
  • Real time data analysis.

Real-time shipping availability for products, accurate backorder dates, and in-stock availability.
