Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
we use Acumatica to manage our entire business. We use it to monitor our inventory, keep track of sales and revenues, and manage AP and AR. We currently do not use Acumatica for payroll and taxes, but we are exploring the various modules and releases and might consider adding that to our list of Acumatica uses
Pros
- reports of AR and aging invoices
- profitability by item category and customers
- payment processing and tracking
- inventory management
Cons
- point of sale: I wish Acumatica can build a POS module for customers that sell directly B2B; I am not very happy with Fusion and the other POS options are not super great
- app: I wish Acumatica builds an app that I can scale en mass to my 900+ business customers
- customizations and building pivot tables and GI require my var assistance; I wish I can do that more in-house
- we are able to see how our business is performing
- we are able to watch out for ar that are too old
- we are able to target customers and cater sales for specific items to specific customers

we are able to understand how sensitive customers are to prices and which items to carry
we use Acumatica to keep track of our inventory, keep track of our AR for our 900+ business customers and understand our profit margins on each item, item category, customer class
