Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica across all departments in our company (operations, sales, financials, etc.). Acumatica helps us to record and report on all of this data in a consistent manner which helps with quality of our reports. From inception of the order to fulfillment to cash we are able to leverage Acumatica to record all of this information.

- In Expense Management there should be machine learning to learn codes for purchases from vendors in the past.
- Vendor summary and details should show all document types
- In Expense Management there should be functionality to merge Expense Receipts in the case of creating an Expense Receipt manually and one being created from a bank feed.
- Acumatica Payments is saving us on our interchange rates
- Has allowed us to eliminate outside providers/subscriptions
- Integrated shipment procedures allows printed BOL's instead of handwritten, saving time and reducing manual errors.

More professional looking documents being produced which are integrated with the underlying data, giving an accurate picture to the customer. Emails integrated with Acumatica reduce touch points and helps drive efficiency. Financial reporting is robust and allows easier production of monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Ownership benefits from more data being able to be reported on and quicker turnaround times.
Being a manufacturer, Acumatica helps us to accurately and completely report on the consumption of raw materials and the creation of finished goods. We are able to more accurately track both onsite and offsite locations across the organization to have real-time inventory information. We can then produce a complete picture of inventory levels to be used in operations.
Acumatica is more flexible than NetSuite and tailors itself more to the need of the user and fostering innovation. The pricing model of Acumatica was also more attractive than NetSuite in my opinion. My experience with IFS was positive, but with Acumatica being a cloud-first solution was appealing to me at my current organization.
