Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Our company required we use an ERP solution. The firm moved from a legacy CPA practice management program to Acumatica ERP. This was a large scale change.

- Implementation included a high level of change management, change resistance, however once done that ROI and business intelligence reporting won the day.
- We have the data and business intelligence reporting required to manage our business more effectively than in the legacy systems we used.
- Having a dedicated VAR is a great benefit in implementation, upgrades, customizations.

Better billing practices of customer projects with invoice options our customers prefer. We better manage projects, billing and A/R including monthly statements. Customers receive detail, summary or progress billing with the right level of explanation of services delivered.
