Acumatica User Review
Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
Acumatica is being used for Finance, Order Management, Inventory Management, CRM, call centre and soon Retail as well. We have other systems that flows into our Acumatica and those are systems we build to ensure a multi-layer approach to make sure not all the work is handled by Acumatica but the other systems sends the important information and milestones to Acumatica to complete the orders. We also use it for warehousing and although we do not do the operational side of this anymore, we have partners that use their systems and then they are integrated into Acumatica through a service layer. Emails and cases are also addressing problems and ensuring that Acumatica are being used 35% more than 2 years ago. Our Acumatica is also being used for returns and repair management.

From a finance side of the business, the team can get things done faster and supply bills and payments much faster. Communication within our organization and to our clients can be streamlined by automated reports, linked to other reporting tools or systems and even notifications. Inventory management with serial tracking is key to our business, we use this far better than the system we had before, purely based on the fact that we had it as one of our main blocks to overcome and to ensure we manage it effectively.
We have a unique business that needs to cater for B2B, B2C and B2B2C. With all those unique requirements, targets, service levels and focus, not just internally but also externally we need a system like Acumatica that we can use, change, adapt and improve based on our unique needs.
Having used Pastel for a long time in the business, it lacked certain features, or the system was not probably setup for our business needs and requirements at the time. It was also not 100% cloud based and needed to be used through remote desktop which had its limitations. Zero just had 10% of what our business needed.
