Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it for tracking our bathtub sales and production. We also use it to track the different stages of our leads. We also use it as a CRM. We track all our inventory in the warehouse and help all the different departments talk to one another. We also use it to as a data base to store our clients.

Yes I have experienced Acumatica to boost productivity as well as processes. The capabilities have been designed perfectly to make more informed decisions as well as automate key business processes. Other benefits of the program have helped with collaboration between many departments. I also like the process for sales pipeline management.

It has helped me track their orders as well as shipping and lead times. It provides up to the minute availability based on my inventory in the warehouse. It automatically emails the customer through every stage of the sales cycle and sales process. Overall, it’s a great program and helps cut out a lot of busy work.
We are a luxury HomeGoods manufacturer with a wide breathe of product. We use Acumatica in order to have a bird view of our inventory located in our 125,000 square-foot warehouse. Acumatica meets all of our industry specific needs due to it wide breathe of functionality. It’s a great product I use it everyday

Acumatica is by far superior than any other product we have used. We started with NetSuite a couple years ago, and we noticed that the functionality compared to Acumatica is severely lacking. Also, the customer service and account executives at Acumatica are far more responsive, and easier to get in touch with Netsuite.

It is great for a warehouse and inventory management. However the CRM capabilities need more functionality. I like that you can have an unlimited amount of users. I also really like that anyone can see everyone else’s work. This makes it much easier to work as a cohesive unit. I would like for apps added for integration.
