It has helped me track their orders as well as shipping and lead times. It provides up to the minute availability based on my inventory in the warehouse. It automatically emails the customer through every stage of the sales cycle and sales process. Overall, it’s a great program and helps cut out a lot of busy work.
We are a luxury HomeGoods manufacturer with a wide breathe of product. We use Acumatica in order to have a bird view of our inventory located in our 125,000 square-foot warehouse. Acumatica meets all of our industry specific needs due to it wide breathe of functionality. It’s a great product I use it everyday
- .NET
Acumatica is by far superior than any other product we have used. We started with NetSuite a couple years ago, and we noticed that the functionality compared to Acumatica is severely lacking. Also, the customer service and account executives at Acumatica are far more responsive, and easier to get in touch with Netsuite.

Evaluating Acumatica and Competitors
Yes - We replaced NetSuite with Acumatica because we needed a more flexible and cost-effective ERP solution. Acumatica offered better customization options, easier integration with our existing tools, and a user licensing model that fit our growing team. We also wanted improved visibility into financials and operations, along with a system that could scale more efficiently with our business needs.
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
The most important factor in our decision was integration with other systems. We needed an ERP that could easily connect with our existing tools for accounting, reporting, and operational workflows. Acumatica provided flexible APIs and strong integration capabilities, allowing data to move smoothly between platforms. This helped reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create a more connected, efficient technology environment for our team.
If we had to do it again, we would spend more time evaluating integrations, testing real business scenarios, and involving more end users in the trial phase. Gathering feedback from different departments earlier would help identify usability needs and workflow challenges. We would also compare implementation partners more carefully to ensure the best long-term support and industry experience.
