Acumatica houses our core processes including finance, warehouse, equipment, sales pipeline, project billing and cost management, etc. we needed to break from silos to a system accessible by operations, sales, management and support teams.

- Gives project managers real time cost data
- Makes data available and useful across teams and departments

- Attribute field entry is clunky and not conditional
- Fewer clicks for daily processes
- Easily reportable data on user metrics and trends
- A centralized platform and repository increases communication, collaboration and support across teams and departments
- Real time and ease of access on project costs and margin implications allows for quicker problem intervention
- Visibility allows more accountability and less status meetings, to be able to shift leadership focus towards support and growth
Internal support and collaboration has increased with all support, operations and sales teams using the same data and language
