Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Our central system, for accounting, CRM, shipping, distribution, and reporting. It has helped automate processes, reduce man power, and create efficiencies.

Pros

  • reporting, including dashboards and pivot tables
  • automated our shipping process including proof of delivery.
  • ease of use
  • sharing, being cloud based with access from anywhere

Cons

  • customer service
  • this Summit is a disappointment compared to last year.
  • need more vendors in the ecosystem for more specialized functionality

We have not used any of the AI to date. Looking forward to the upgrade this year.
Communication, email etc.
Inventory tracking, ability to recall our products.
Definitely an improvement over Sage 100.
