Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for quoting, designing, order for, and manufacturing complicated electrical distribution equipment and buildings. Acumatica addresses having a source of truth for our designs, and managing multiple locations building the same product. We manufacture at 4 locations in the US with similar equipment, everything from the sheet metal cutting, electrical wiring, and full assembly.

  • BOMs for multiple warehouses
  • Allowed us to inventory thousands of upcoming projects for our expanding business
Having visible stock to plan out our production and manufacture more efficiently really got us off the ground to expand.
We use it for all our inventory and production needs for our business. It allows us to track multiple BOMs and project subassemblies to ship massive amounts of various projects.

I think Acumatica is well suited for the types of assembly we do at our larger plants. Start and end with material becoming an assembled project. Where we struggle to utilize Acumatica is for our fabrication where sheet metal needs to be cut and modified to become that final inventory ID. Managing our stock and scrap and otherwise can be a pain in the butt
