Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it as our ERP system covering manufacturing, order fulfilment and AR and AP

Pros

  • Offers customization options with code
  • offers business events to automate processes
  • ease of reporting with generic inquiries

Cons

  • more native integrations with external systems
  • an SOP section to standardize processes
  • Decreased operational expenses compared to legacy system
Have not use AI functions yet but we have used business events as the main automation tool
We use it mainly for order fulfilment and for manufacturing processes
