Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica as are primary company software. We use it to manage our field service technicians and financials. We are a Garage Door service and install company.

Pros

  • Clear picture of results
  • KPI
  • Access to customer records and appointments

Cons

  • Helping customers know about ways to improve our use of software.
  • Training to use the software.
  • Improved insites
Have not used yet.
Use AI outside of Acumatica.
It has allowed us to move faster.
