Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica to input product, purchasing audio visual items, tracking products as well as organizing inventory. This makes us easier to keep all of our product and customer information in one place. It has an easy format to track an issue if one occurs. We use it for an audio visual intergration business.

I have not been able to use Acumatica's Al functions yet. I didn't know that was a thing until coming to this conference. But, I am excited to learn and use it because I believe it will help our company so much. It will also make working on certain things go faster.

It was easy to learn for beginner. We are able to have our engineers and installers work inside Acuamtica as well. They are able to access and use it to input their hours. This has helped our sales reps stay organized and see it all in one place. It helps me purchase items easily.
We use Acumatica to input sales orders that the sales rep are awarded from their clients. We order all of our products through Acumatica. We are able to customize the stock items. This helps us keep everything to where it makes sense for us. it works wonders for every part of our company
