Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I am the CFO at my company. I use Acumatica to monitor financial information that decision makers use routinely. Profitability, accuracy, and timeliness of information are problems that the product helps us address in our drive for profitability.

Looking forward to implmenting
Better communication with employees, teams, and external customers. We have only gone upward in our momentum and abilities because of Acumatica. I can't believe we are where we are today. We wouldn't be here without the system. Finding solutions to customer's concerns is possible now because of the system.
We sell quilting machines and sewing products. Because we have so many skews, parts, and inventory items, it is helpful to have a system that has the capacity to take care of our needs. Without it, we'd truly be lost in our ability to meet the needs of our customers.

I've had a positive experience as I've progressed in my knowledge and training of the system. It's been about 5 years since I started and I've learned a lot as I've implemented new processes, modules, and versions of the system. I am really looking forward to what's coming next. Thanks!
