Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for CRM, Projects, Construction, Accounting, and Warehouse Management. Acumatica affects the Warehouse for me, as I am the Warehouse Manager. Implementing Acumatica, we now have live inventory that the entire company can see.

Pros

  • Real time transactions in inventory. Knowing what is on hand is very important for production.
  • Being able to take photos of packing slips and photos of materials and being able to add them to transactions is particularly helpful for my team,as Project Teams require photos of material and I don't have to manually scan and upload files.

Cons

  • We use Project Specific Inventory which WMS for Acumatica does not support at this time. BIG ISSUE
  • Processing time from dock to production line can be cumbersome and tedious. I need to understand automation more, or learn how to optimize my processing.
  • N/A
I have not been able to experience AI with Acumatica just yet.
I am able to serve my internal customers knowing where my inventory is. My internal customers are Production Line and Project Teams.

Implementation was difficult, as it took me away from daily responsibilities - but we should have spent even longer than 1.5 years for implementation.
