Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We have been using Acumatica since 2023. Acumatica has been the backbone of the whole operation for our company; it involves almost all staff from service, account, warehouse, sales, purchasing, and the HR department, all of whom use it. And Acumatica has been used on a daily basis. hence it has been very important for our company operation.

- system instability - bugs and errors
- Features available in previous versions were either not available or not usable or not workable in Acumatica 2025 R1
- better tracking on each service call
- better tracking on each lead on CRM
better traceability and transparency . hence minimize the error and mistake. Also no more hassle on filing. all the required information can be search within fingertips , no need the hassle to go through the files which take times and manpower
aside from the standard ERP function which is cloud based. Cloud based had been very useful, no more hassle of installing program on any device. all u need to do is have a web browser and internet.
Service module had been a very important part. No more paper service report, everything now sign via device which save us a lot of time and has better traceability
