We are an Exhibit House, and we use Acumatica to invoice our clients, receive vendor invoices, and track our labor and inventory. Acumatica gives each of our users the insight and visibility to see exactly which stage their project is at, enabling faster invoicing and happier customers!

Acumatica has helped us better serve our customers by enabling faster, more accurate invoicing. Because we can track costs, inventory, and employee time throughout the building process, we pass these savings on to our customers in the form of a smaller invoice than they might have expected.
In the Exhibit industry, Acumatica's mobile application has been extremely helpful. Our traveling supervisors can still submit their expenses and times while on the show floor. This means that our invoicing process is not slowed down just because our key players are away from their desks.
Sage has a limited number of users allowed in its system, which limits the visibility my project managers have into their projects. Sage also halted the entire system when you needed to post to the GL, further slowing our process. Because Acumatica is cloud-based, these are no longer issues for my accounting department.
