Overall Satisfaction with ADAPTcrm

ADAPTcrm is mainly used in our marketing and human resource department and its powerful features made it easy for us to manage our relationships with our clients as it keeps complete information of the clients. And also it is being used for recruitment. And it is also helpful in our organization for the storage of massive amounts of data.
  • This CRM solution provides multiple functions including contact management.
  • Integration via ADAPTcrm is quite simple and easy.
  • The dashboard is genuinely amazing and clear.
  • Sometimes in the middle of work, it logs us out and it needs to be fixed as it is annoying.
  • With this tool, we can keep a track of our employees and it assists in recruiting.
  • There should be more customizations to make it more adaptable.
  • Document searching is miserable.
Agile might be good for some firms but in our case, we didn’t have a very good experience as we were highly unsatisfied with the price range of Agile and it didn’t fit well with our business demands as was not good enough to be a part of our business because of limited and some non-functional features. But ADAPTcrm is going well with us.

CRM solutions are always meant to strengthen client relationships and ADAPTcrm has helped us in achieving one of our business objectives of strengthening our bond with our clients.
As we are using this CRM solution for our mid-sized organization and I don’t think so it would be suitable for the large-sized firms since it has some flaws that are non-compromising in the case of large firms like there should be more customizations and some bugs that need immediate fixation. But for our company, it is working perfectly. It helps in keeping a record of our employees as well as it is the keeper of our client’s contacts. It has made lives easy for us and we link this tool with outlook and integration is simple.
