Overall Satisfaction with ADAPTcrm

My company and I are using Adapt CRM to manage our customer relations and has proved as a time saver for us. It enabled us to find the variety of contacts of the sales force and above all, we can manage things easily that resulted in the growth of our organization. Integration with it is also very effectively done.

Pros

  • Its integration is very easy.
  • Enabled us to get in contact with our LinkedIn connections.
  • It is very user friendly.
  • Its customer service is proactive and are highly efficient people.

Cons

  • Its subscription charges are bit too high.
  • Sometimes it resulted in slowing down our system.
  • It sometimes shows incorrect information.
  • It has resulted in growth of our company.
  • It has enabled to make more connections in market.
  • It has proved as a time saver for us.
  • Its cost has a major negative impact on us.
Adapt CRM has many positive points in comparison to our previous experience. As its integration is very efficient, it is user-friendly and its customer service has proved itself as highly efficient and professional people with maximum knowledge of the product and all these features were not so good in Zoho CRM as we have found Zoho as hard for the beginners and its Customer service was pathetic.

Adapt CRM is the perfect tool for everyone looking for the solution to manage customer relations. It has proved itself as a time saver and we can focus on other parts of our organization too without any compromise on our customer relations. It has many features for customization. Additionally, its customer service is so good and helpful and unlike other software of this kind, we have found it quite user-friendly.
We are using Adapt to manage our customer relations in a highly professional manner. Also, we can get contacts and we have found it always improving itself and has helped us in uplifting our company. We can now readily find data of our clients and can sort a huge pile of data with much effectiveness.
We have been using Adapt for almost a year or more and it is the best CRM solution and has helped us in saving our time and also in finding various contacts from our LinkedIn connections. It enabled us to grow our network by connecting us to the market for our products. when it comes to its price its subscription rate is quite high and it gets buggy sometimes.
